Kindness Changes Everything! A slide deck project teaching the effects of kindness.
The client wanted to build SEL frameworks into their ILT with accessible information tied to company goals. They wanted engaging content and conversation starters as well as interactive discourse models to maintain focus.
During the Analysis phase, we surveyed our target audience to build a baseline of content knowledge and social-emotional understanding.
Using the data in the analysis phase we began our action map starting with the desired action for the business needed to drive outcomes. Then we began branching each step to achieve the targeted outcome.
During the design phase we began creating our style guide for reference and to keep all of the pieces in sync. We then began creating mockups that would eventually match the correct layout for our client and SMEs.
In development several versions began to narrow down to the final version for a clean look. The facilitator guide and learner guide also began to take shape with facilitator questions and discussion questions to help promote content knowledge.
The training took place online and in person in a variety of locations. Each time feedback was provided to the facilitator and learner knowledge was assessed the learner's ability to achieve the learning objective.
